Electrical work on light to heavy duty vehicles, plant equipment such as pumps and lighting towers on a repair or rebuild basis.
Machinery work includes:
The complete refurbishment of wiring harnesses to manufacturer specifications. These harnesses control the auxiliary electrical operations of heavy and light mining vehicles, including external re-wiring.
Ruggedised harness refurbishments also include upgrades and modifications and benefit the operations of vehicle lights, speed control, warning devices, dash enclosures and circuit protection panels,
Kit out light vehicles with auxiliary warning systems so that they are mine-site ready and safety compliant and also,
Re-building air conditioning units.
Attention to detail
Re-wiring is neat and labeled and includes routing of cables, saddling and marshalling junction boxes complete with terminal strips. This level of detail in harnessing is not frequently found in the industry and assists future diagnosis of faults in the field.
Customers are provided with AutoCAD drawings of re-wiring as well as manuals to assist operator‘s with on-site diagnosis of faults.
