Conveying capacity is often under utilised with high density material or with low density material spillage can occur.
This is due to set feed rates with beltweigher feedback loop control. Beltweighers provide weight values only, and feeders are set to an average required profile to attempt to maximise capacity without spillage.
Solution
Install the Conveyor Bulk Profiler.
